Who built this

Oliver Wakefield-Smith, Founder of Digital Signet. I run a small portfolio of UK and US consumer cost / calculator sites. This is one of them, focused on the question I kept being asked at the kitchen table once relatives clocked I worked in tech: how much will I actually get?

What we are not

• Not affiliated with the DWP, HMRC, or government in any way
• Not a pension provider or platform
• Not an IFA or financial adviser (please do not ask us for advice; that is what Pension Wise is for)
• Not anti-DWP; gov.uk is the source of record and we model around it

How we make money

Honestly: not much, off this site. We have no affiliate links, no adviser referrals, no upsell. There are some unobtrusive context-aware ads on long-form pages and that is the lot. The Digital Signet portfolio includes other sites where the unit economics work better; this one earns its keep by being clean.
